Queues form when one line serves everyone. We plan one main buffet line per 250–300 guests arriving per hour and spread the crowd with live counters, so starters, mains and desserts are served from different points in the hall.

Plan one chef-manned counter for every 150–250 guests. For 300 guests, two counters is usually enough; for 700 guests, three to four.
Our quote form accepts events from 10 guests; for smaller home functions we will suggest whether a buffet or a delivered meal is better value.
